Immigration Housing Inspections and Report Service

People who are entering the country from certain other countries are required as part of the immigration process to submit a form confirming that the property intended to be occupied is safe and will not be overcrowded.

This is a discretionary function of the Council which is only provided to people intending to reside in the Wyre Forest district. There is a fee of £150 for the initial inspection and £100 for any inspections required thereafter. The fee will need to be paid before the inspection takes place.

Once a completed form and relevant information has been received, an officer will be in contact within 5 working days to discuss your application.
