Landlords across the West Midlands will be required to register on the Government's new "Register your Rental Property" service when it launches on 15 December 2026. Landlords will have a three-month period to register their details. To access the service, landlords will need a verified GOV.UK One Login account. While creating a landlord profile is free of charge, a registration fee of £65 per property, per year will apply for each rental property registered on the system. Read the government news release.
