Before you start work

After your planning permission is granted, you must complete a mandatory Commencement Notice to let us know when you intend to start the work.

The decision notice you receive will include more information about this.

THIS NOTICE is served on the Council, in compliance with Section 93G Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) to confirm that the development approved by planning permission will be commenced.
