Pre application advice form

If planning permission is needed for your development and you would like advice prior to submitting an application, we can provide you with pre-application advice to provide an informal officer opinion on your proposals.

Once you submit an application we will send you a response within 28 days.

There is a fee for this service - for household enquiries the fee is £44.00, for other developments please see planning fees.

This form must be completed in full and submitted along with the required documents and fee in order for us to validate and process your pre application request.
