What has kept you working here for so long?

I enjoy my role, I like being out and about and meeting people within the district

What attracted you to your role?

I have a horticulture background and completed a qualification at college, I started as a gardener for the council.

Would you recommend WFDC to a friend and why?

Yes, the security, pension, pay and benefits are good

What is the best part of your job?

I like taking pride in my work, I especially like it when this is recognised by the general public and they compliment this . I really enjoy being outdoors and the variety.
