We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is committed to a career in planning to join our planning team. The role offers a wide range of tasks and opportunities across planning but will especially support our enforcement and biodiversity function. Education Development Officer

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Bewdley Museum for an Education Development Officer.

The role involves managing and delivering educational programs throughout the council, encompassing the museum, parks, and open spaces. You be will developing and expanding these programmes in line with the current curriculum.

Homeless Support Officer

We are looking for a female Homeless support Officer who can work with our team to meet the needs of female rough sleepers. You will have a passion for supporting people to move on with their lives whilst empowering people to make choices for themselves.

You will be working alongside the customer to create a support/pathway plan into sustainable housing that includes addressing barriers to rehousing.

Cleansing Operative

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to help keep the streets of the Wyre Forest District clean and safe. You will be carrying out all aspects of street cleansing such as litter picking, sweeping, washing down, graffiti removal and strimming. 

You will need good communication and interpersonal skills, be self motivated, a willingness to undertake tasks  and have good attention to detail.

Housing Project Officer

We're looking for a Housing Project Officer to lead and support on projects that develop services, strategies, policies and procedures, with a focus on housing, homelessness and domestic abuse. 

You will work alongside our partner organisations, undertake research work and develop good working relationships with landlords, helping to develop our services.
