What has kept you working here for so long?

Job security, I feel comfortable here. It’s a nice place to work, the staff are really friendly.

What is the best part of your job?

The variety of my role, the staff and the flexibility, the hours fit in with my family and I get a good work life balance which is really important 

Have you been supported in progression?

Yes on my first day as office junior I was advised they didn’t want to see me in the same role in 2 years time. I have had a number of roles within WFDC during my 33 years and have always been encouraged. 

Do you feel at home here?

Yes,  It is a friendly place to work and I enjoy it
