Councillors Mrs Pauline Hill (Chairman), Mr Derek Killingworth, Mr Alan Wakeman, Mr Doug Hine, Mrs Hilary Baxter, and Mr John Aston.

435 Confirmation of the last parish meeting minutes:

The minutes of the last meeting held on 12 September 2023 as previously circulated were approved and signed by the Chairman.

436 Declaration of Interest for a) The Meeting and b) Any changes to be notified to the Registers of Interests and Gifts and Hospitality.

1. None declared.
2. There were none.

437 Planning matters:

The council noted the current list of planning applications approved and pending by Wyre Forest District Council.

438 Correspondence and progress reports:

There were no items to consider which had not been previously reported via our email exchange.

439 County and district reports:

Written reports from Councillor Marcus Hart and Councillor Robin Drew were noted.

440 Meeting dates for 2024 - 2025

Council approved the meeting dates circulated for 2024-2025 municipal year as follows: all meeting will take place at 7pm at the Parish Rooms, Stone.

• Tuesday 9 January
• Tuesday 12 March -  Annual Parish Meeting followed by Council meeting
• Tuesday 14 May - Annual meeting of the Parish Council
• Tuesday 9 July
• Tuesday 10 September
• Tuesday 12  November

441 Finances:

1. It was noted the bank balance currently stands at £23,280.53 (Current Account) and £15,088.39 (Reserve Account).
2. The council noted the current income and expenditure spreadsheets circulated with the agenda.
3. Accounts amounting to £1,933.49 made retrospectively were approved.
4. Council approved the precept for 2024 - 2025 at £17,170.00
5. The council agreed to adopting the new Biodiversity policy

442 Date of the next meeting:

There being no other business the meeting ended at 7.15pm. The next meeting will take place on Tuesday 9 January 2024 at Stone Parish Rooms.
