2339 Confirmation of the minutes:

The minutes of the last meeting held on 27 November 2023, as previously circulated, were approved and signed by the Chairman.

2340 Declaration of Interest for a) The Meeting and b) Any changes to be notified to the Registers of Interests and Gifts and Hospitality.

This was no declarations made.

2341 Public participation:

Mr Mike Kelly circulated a copy of an Enforcement Letter to the meeting. Mr Jim Baker updated the meeting on the Callow Hill Road Safety Grant Application to West Mercia.

Mr Glenn Rushton addressed the Council about the Planning Application 23/0873/FUL and his concerns regarding harvesting rainwater and flooding into adjoining fields.

2342 Planning applications:

032 23/0866/CLE Lawful development certificate for the existing stationing of a mobile home and use of land for residential purposes at land at OS 377320 270435, Dunley Road, Heightington.

It was RESOLVED to recommend no comments for this application.

033 23/0882/FUL Erection of light industrial floor space (Use Class E(g) (iii) , car parking and associated works at Alton Nurseries, Long Bank, Callow Hill.

It was RESOLVED to Approve this application.

034 23/0887/HOU Demolition of lean-to and replacement with single storey rear extension and associated works (re-submission of application 23//095/HOU) at Blue Ball Farm, Cleobury Road, Far Forest.

It was RESOLVED to Approve this application.

035 23/0841/CLE Lawful development certificate for existing siting of a caravan for residential purposes at Caravan 1 Yew Tree Farm Caravan Site, Pound Bank, Far Forest.

It was RESOLVED to recommend no comments for this application.

036 23/0873/FUL Demolition and replacement of Shop at Colliers Arms, Tenbury Road, Clows Top.

It was RESOLVED to Approve this application provided consideration is given to the soak ways and harvesting of rainwater which currently just floods adjoining fields. The current car park also needs attention to the rainwater that runs into neighbouring farmland.

2343 Correspondence:

All correspondence had been circulated to members via email prior to the meeting. Councillor Richard Williams will be writing tonight’s report for the Rock and District News Councillor Richard Williams will write the report in December 2023.

2344 District and county councillor reports:

County Councillor gave an update on his current casework and the meeting he has arranged with the Parish Clerk and himself with the Wyre Forest Highways Manager next week.

2345 Finances:

1. Council approved invoices amounting to £60,220.59 for payment tonight.
2. Council noted the income and expenditure Sheets to date.

There being no other business the meeting ended at 7.45pm. The next meeting will be held on Monday 29 January 2024.
