2332 Declaration of Interest for a) The Meeting and b) Any changes to be notified to the Registers of Interests and Gifts and Hospitality.

This was no declarations made.

2333 Public participation:

Mr Ray Blount raised his annoyance at a Street Poll being installed on the grass verge outside his house. He has been trying to speak to the Wyre Forest Highways Officer but she is refusing to take his call. The matter has been taken up with County Councillor Dan Morehead now.

2334 Planning applications:

030 23/0793/FUL Construction of a timber frame pole barn For the storage of hay and fodder at Hillside, Tenbury Road, Clows Top.

It was RESOLVED to recommend refusal for this application.

031 22/0997/OUT Resubmission for the erection of four dwellings with access from A4117. All other matters reserved at Orchard House, Cleobury Road, Far Forest.

It was again RESOLVED to recommend REFUSAL for this application because it is still overdevelopment of the existing site. It was not included in the New Wyre Forest District Council Local Plan and the application ignores the previous Planning Inspectors report. Wyre Forest District Council adopted Local Plan refers to provision for self-build/custom build sites but the Parish Council believe the Wyre Forest District Council have exceeded its target for per year and that the Wyre Forest District Council have a waiting list for future sites which under your policy are released over the lifetime of the Adopted Local Plan. As previously stated by the Parish Council it is very well known that the pumping station located at Sugars Lane is at maximum capacity for the current Far Forest area and floods into the adjoining fields every year. The Parish Council are also very concerned at additional access from the A4117 which is extremely dangerous if using the existing restricted driveway. The land proposed for development contains several soakaways for adjoining residents and there are existing issues with surface water drainage. Council urges this application be rejected.
