Kidderminster pay and display car parks
Bull Ring car park – lower level parking suspended
From Saturday, 21 February 2026, the lower-level parking spaces at Bull Ring Car Park will be temporarily suspended.
Recent severe weather has caused significant damage to the surface, and resurfacing works are required. A contractor has been appointed, but a start date has not yet been confirmed, as cold and unpredictable weather conditions could affect the quality of the new surface during installation. We will publish an update as soon as a date is agreed.
Alternative parking is available nearby:
- The upper level of the Bull Ring Car Park remains open as normal
- Disabled parking bays are available around the Bull Ring
- Designated spaces on Church Street
