Car parking charges suspended
We are suspending all parking charges in our car parks from Friday 27 March, until further notice.
The move is to help support key workers and those dealing with the Coronavirus pandemic.
Customers who have paid for their paper or JustPark digital season ticket in full or pay for their paper season ticket by Direct Debit will have their ticket expiry date extended by 3 months.
Season ticket holders who pay for their JustPark digital ticket on a monthly basis will have a 3 month payment holiday.
Key workers and on street parking
Waiting restrictions in on-street parking bays will not apply for the duration of the outbreak to NHS, Social Care and health workers carrying out essential services as long as they are displaying evidence of their employment in their windscreen.
Supporting evidence includes photocopies of a work pass with sensitive information removed or a letter of evidence from an employer.
