Following advertising around the Parish there were no applicants to consider at this time.
335 Confirmation of the Minutes:
The minutes of the last meeting held on 11 May 2021 as previously circulated were approved and signed by the Chairman.
336 Declaration of Interest for a) The Meeting and b) Any Changes to be notified to the Registers of Interests and Gifts & Hospitality.
- None declared.
- There were none.
337 Planning matters:
The Council noted the current list of Planning Applications approved and pending by Wyre Forest Distrcit Council.
Council further RESOLVED to supported Planning Application No 21/0766/Ful for the change of use of land from agricultural at The Rear of Top Acre in Curslow Lane for equestrian use.
338 Correspondence and progress reports:
There were no items to consider.
339 County and district reports:
Council noted the written report from County Councillor Hart. District Councillor Lisa Jones who had submitted a written report previously circulated highlighted a few topical points.
340 SmartWater:
Council noted the email from West Mercia Police regarding “SmartWater”. It was agreed in principal that the Clerk would contact the WM Team and investigate the full costs and this matter would be referred to the Finance Committee if it is financially viable for consideration within next year’s Budget setting.
341 Finances:
- It was noted the bank balance currently stands at £17,397.29 (current account) and £5,005.16 (reserve account)
- Accounts amounting to £4,286.52 made retrospectively were approved.
- The Council noted the current income and expenditure spreadsheets circulated with the agenda to date.
342 Date of the next meeting:
There being no other business the meeting ended at 8pm. The next meeting will take place on Tuesday 9 November 2021, at Stone Parish Rooms.
