Tuesday 10 September 2024, 7pm, Stone Parish Rooms

Present:

Councillors Mrs Pauline Hill Chairman, Mr Derek Killingworth, Mr Alan Wakeman, Mrs Hilary Baxter and Mr John Aston.

In attendance:

Mr S Clee (Clerk) and Councillor Robin Drew, Mrs Jill Wakeman, WPC Kate Eastwood and PSO Alice Owen-Jones.

Apologies:

Councillor Mr Doug Hine and district councillor Marcus Hart.

467 Confirmation of the last parish meeting minutes:

The minutes of the last meeting held on 9 July 2024 as previously circulated were approved and signed by the Chairman.

468 Declaration of Interest for a) The Meeting and b) Any changes to be notified to the Registers of Interests and Gifts and Hospitality.

  1. None declared.
  2. There were none.

469 Public participation

There was none.

470 Planning matters:

The Council noted the current list of Planning Applications approved and pending by Wyre Forest District Council.

471 County and district reports:

A written report had ben received and circulated from Councillor Hart. Councillor Robin Drew spoke to his written report also previously circulated. No questions aroused and Councillor Drew left the meeting at 7.10pm. WPC Kate Eastwood gave an update on the crimes reported in the past 6 weeks and answered a few questions from Councillor’s present.

472 CALC:

Councillor Killingworth reported on current issues raised within the County Association.

473 Finances:

  1. It was noted the bank balance currently stands at £23,733.57 (Current Account) and £15,251.35 (Reserve Account).
  2. The council noted the current income and expenditure spreadsheets circulated with the agenda.

474 Date of the next meeting:

There being no other business the meeting ended at 8.20pm. The next meeting will take place on Tuesday 12 November 2024 at Stone Parish Rooms.
