Minutes
Tuesday 14 March 2023, 7pm, Stone Parish Rooms
Present:
Councillors: Mrs Pauline Hill (Chairman), Mr Derek Killingworth, Mrs Hilary Baxter, Mr John Aston, Mrs Fiona Lawson Hughes, Mr Doug Hine and Mrs Jane Lacy.

Parish meeting
The meeting started with the parish meeting. With no parishioners present the meeting ended at 7.01pm and the parish meeting carried on.
401 Confirmation of the minutes:
The minutes of the last meeting held on 8 November 2022 as previously circulated were approved and signed by the Chairman.
402 Declaration of Interest for a) The Meeting and b) Any changes to be notified to the Registers of Interests and Gifts and Hospitality.
- None declared.
- There were none.
403 Planning matters:
The council noted the current list of planning applications approved and pending by Wyre Forest District Council.
404 Correspondence and progress reports:
There were no items to consider which had not been previously reported via our email exchange.
405 County and district reports:
Council noted the written reports from County Councillor Hart which had been emailed prior to the meeting. Council acknowledged Councillor Wakeman’s excellent written highway report.
406 West Mercia priorities for the next quarter
Council approved the previous priorities relating to speeding as being our priorities.
407 King Charles III grant
Council agreed to accept County Councillor Marcus Hart's offer, of a £500.00 grant, which could be used to plant a tree in St Marys to commemorate to coronation.
408 Finances:
- It was noted the bank balance currently stands at £19,345.77 (Current Account) and £5,005.40 (Reserve Account).
- The Council noted the current income and expenditure spreadsheets circulated with the agenda to date.
- Accounts amounting to £4,847.49 made retrospectively were approved.
409 Date of the next meeting:
There being no other business the meeting ended at 7.36pm. The next meeting will take place on Tuesday 11 July 2023 at Stone Parish Rooms.
