Present:

Councillors Mrs Pauline Hill (Chairman), Mr Derek Killingworth, Mrs Hilary Baxter, Douglas Hine, Fiona Lawson Hughes & Mrs Jane Lacy.

In attendance:

Mr S Clee (Clerk), Bill Waldron Lengthsman, District Councillor Lisa Jones.

Apologies:

County Councillor Marcus Hart.

375 Confirmation of the Minutes:

The minutes of the last meeting held on 10^th May 2022 as previously circulated were approved and signed by the Chairman.

376 Declaration of Interest for a) The Meeting and b) Any Changes to be notified to the Registers of Interests and Gifts & Hospitality.

a) None declared. b) There were none.

377 Co-option to vacant seat(s)

No further interested had been expressed for the vacant seat to date.

378 Planning Matters:

The Council noted the current list of Planning Applications approved and pending by WFDC.

379 Correspondence & Progress Reports:

There were no items to consider which had not been previously reported via our email exchange.

380 County & District Reports:

Council noted the written reports from County Cllr Hart which had been emailed prior to the meeting. Cllr Mrs Jones gave a verbal report on current district council matters. The Clerk confirmed that the White Gates for Stanklyn Lane were on order and scheduled for delivery to Hilary Baxter’s House. Jane said she had cleared the garage out in anticipation for the gates delivery and the clerk agreed to reschedule the delivery address with the suppliers first thing tomorrow.

381 Finances:

1. It was noted the Bank Balance currently stands at £24,978.67 (Current Ac) and £5,005.57 (Reserve Ac).
2. Accounts amounting to £2,016.19 made retrospectively were approved.

382 Date of the next Meeting:

There being no other business the meeting ended at 19.35pm. The next meeting will take place on Tuesday 13^th September 2022 at Stone Parish Rooms.
