263 Confirmation of the Minutes:
The minutes of the last meeting held on 14th July 2020 as previously circulated were approved and signed by the Chairman.
264 Declaration of Interest for a) The Meeting and b) Any Changes to be notified to the Registers of Interests and Gifts & Hospitality.

265 Chairman’s Opening Remarks:
The Chairman welcomes all members to this third virtual meeting of Stone Parish Council. He referred to various issues around the parish that were on going or delayed awaiting action by third parties. He hoped we would be able to meet very soon in the School Room but things were looking highly unlikely as we go into regional lockdown again.
266 Declaration of Interest:
No Councillor declared an interest on any item on today’s agenda.
267 Planning Matters:
The Council noted the current list of Planning Applications approved and pending by WFDC.
268 Correspondence & Progress Reports:
There was no additional correspondence.
269 County & District Reports:
Council noted the written report from County Cllr Hart. District Councillor Lisa Jones confirmed she had agreed a grant of £200.00 towards the Village Gateway Project. The new parish posters were seen by a few people to be a bit vulgar to start with but locals can now see the funnier side to them and have accepted them albeit they haven’t stopped fly tipping along Stanklyn Lane.
270 Finances:
It was noted the Bank Balance currently stands at £15, 907.57 which includes earmarked reserves and grants for specific works.
- Accounts amounting to £443.74 as detailed on the expenditure spreadsheet circulated to all councillors prior to the meeting were approved for payment.
271 Date of the next Meeting:
There being no other business the meeting ended at 19.49pm. The next meeting will take place on Tuesday 10th November 2020 commencing at 7pm.
