Minutes of the Rock Parish Council Meeting, held at Far Forest Sports Pavilion, on Monday 27th February 2023 commencing at 7.10pm.

Mr S Clee, Clerk, District Councillors Anna & Roger Coleman, Mr & Mrs Andrew Nott, Mr & Mrs Clive Skidmore & Mr Rod Stanczyszyn.

2252 Confirmation of the Minutes:
The minutes of the last meeting held on 30th January 2023 as previously circulated, were approved and signed by the Chairman.
2253 Declaration of Interest for a) The Meeting and b) Any Changes to be notified to the Registers of Interests and Gifts & Hospitality.
This was no declarations made.
2254 Public Participation:
There was none.
2255 Planning Applications:
058 23/0072/HOU Single storey detached garage@blackmoor Cottage, Tenbury Road, Clows Top.
It was RESOLVED to recommend approval.
059 23/0089/HOU Two storey front extension, single storey rear and side extensions and installation of solar panels@ Lyndhurst Lodge, Callow Hill, Rock.
It was RESOLVED to recommend approval.
060 23/0083/HOU Single storey rear extension following demolition of existing conservatory@ Oak Cottage, Bliss Gate
Road, Rock.
It was RESOLVED to recommend approval.
061 23/0048/FUL Construction of a timber bat roost @ Barn at The Tynings, Church Lane, Far Forest.
It was RESOLVED to recommend approval provided a condition is added that PDRs are withdrawn and made clear no future conversions are acceptable for the new Bat Roost.
062 23/0100/FUL Conversion of grain stores to a single dwelling@ Land at Store, Wylde Farm, Wylde Lane, High
Oak.
It was RESOLVED to recommend approval.
063 23/0136/HOU Demolition of the existing rear facing conservatory and replacement with a kitchen, utility and bedroom extension using the same footprint @ Lynwood, Lynalls Lane, Far Forest.
It was RESOLVED to recommend approval.
2256 Correspondence:
All correspondence had been circulated to members via email prior to the meeting.
2257 District & County Councillor Reports:
The council received a email prior to the meeting with an update on actions taken or ongoing by County Councillor Dan Morehead. District Councillor Roger Coleman reported WFDC had negotiated with other groups on a mutual budget for 2023-2024 and had gone to Full Council for approved last week.
2258 Finances:
- Council noted there were no invoices seeking approved for payment tonight.
- The Council noted the current Income & Expenditure Spreadsheets had not changed since the January Meeting.
2259 Date of the next Meeting:
There being no other business the meeting ended at 19.23pm. The next meeting will be held on Monday 27th March 2023.
