2259 Confirmation of the Minutes:

The minutes of the last meeting held on 27^th February 2023 as previously circulated, were approved and signed by the Chairman.

2260 Declaration of Interest for a) The Meeting and b) Any Changes to be notified to the Registers of Interests and Gifts & Hospitality.

This was no declarations made.

2261 Public Participation:

There was none.

2262 Planning Applications:

064 23/0109/FUL Side and rear two storey extensions,

extension to the existing basement, addition of two rear dormers and demolishing the

It was RESOLVED to recommend approval.

It was RESOLVED to recommend approval.

2263 Correspondence:

All correspondence had been circulated to members via email prior to the meeting. Councillor Nick Stones will be writing tonight’s report for the Rock & District News.

2264 District & County Councillor Reports:

There was none due to purdah.

2265 Finances:

1. Council approved invoices amounting to £19, 527.20 for payment tonight.
2. The Council noted the current Income & Expenditure Spreadsheets to date which are now unlikely to change before the new financial year starts on 1^st April 2023.
