    1. Register of Interests: Councillors are reminded of the need to update their register of interests
    2. To declare any Disclosable Pecuniary Interests in items on the agenda and their nature
    3. To declare any Other Disclosable Interests in items on the agenda and their nature.

      Councillors who have declared a Disclosable Pecuniary Interest, or an Other Disclosable Interest, which falls with the terms of paragraph 12(4)(b) of the Code of Conduct and who have not been granted a Dispensation, must leave the room for the relevant items.

      Failure to register or declare a Disclosable Pecuniary Interest may result in the commission of a criminal offence.

    4. To Consider Written Requests from Councillors for the Council to Grant a Dispensation (S33 of the Localism Act 2011). Written requests to be with the clerk at least four clear days prior to a meeting.

8. Councillor retirement

Note the retirement of Councillor’s Ms Christine Sankey after 11 years, Mr Christopher Price after 19 years and Mrs Pat Pain after 23 years of faithful service for the Rock Parish Community.

9. Annual Return 2021/2022

Approve the Annual Return for 2021-2022 (attached green) and only received from Messrs PKF Littlejohn on 28 March 2023 with their annual invoice for payment approval tonight.

11. Date of the next meeting

Date of the next meeting for May 2023 needs approving. This meeting being the is the Annual General Meeting and must be held before 18 May 2023 at the latest.
