Spatial issues and local priorities
What makes the Wyre Forest district a great place to live, work and visit, and what could make it even better?
Our Spatial Issues and Local Priorities Consultation is now live. This is an important early stage in preparing a new Local Plan. We want to hear from as many people as possible to better understand what matters most to local communities before detailed policies are developed.
The consultation is an opportunity for residents, businesses, community groups and visitors to help identify the issues and options for the district.
It covers a wide range of topics including:
- climate change
- housing
- jobs
- town centres
- transport
- infrastructure
- biodiversity
- health
- green spaces
- community facilities
Feedback gathered through the consultation will help build a clearer picture of local needs, priorities and aspirations, informing the next stage of work on the new Local Plan.
Consultation closes on Monday 28 September 2026.
