Emerging local plan
Our Spatial Issues and Local Priorities Consultation is now live; help us shape our emerging Local Plan. Consultation closes on Monday 28 September 2026.
This is the emerging Local Plan for the district of Wyre Forest. The local plan will address all matters that must be covered by a local plan except for waste and minerals, which are the responsibility of Worcestershire County Council.
Wyre Forest District Council does not intend to produce any supplementary plans. It intends to comply with section 15F(1) of the 2004 Act by incorporating a design code within the local plan. The Council does not intend to produce a joint local plan.

This is the Local Plan Timetable for the district of Wyre Forest, which has been prepared by Wyre Forest District Council in accordance with section 15B of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
