Call for sites 2026 - submitted sites

Before you view the map of submitted sites:

It is important to note that this is a land availability exercise, and it does not necessarily mean that these sites are suitable for development. The Council will undertake a thorough review of the sites before concluding which ones may be considered suitable for development; this will be established through the plan making process.

The boundaries of the sites are as submitted by site promoters, and it appears that not all are accurately plotted. Through the assessment process boundaries will be corrected, where necessary, and at this stage a degree of caution is recommended when viewing the record. The proposed land uses are also submitted by the site promoters.

We are not yet taking comments on any sites submitted to the Call for Sites exercises. There will be future opportunities to submit any comments or representations you would like to make through the next public consultation. Please note that any comments received outside of the formal public consultations will not be considered and reviewed.

By viewing the map you confirm that you have read and understood that no decisions have been made and want to view the submitted sites on the map. You also understand that any comments you submit to the council outside the formal consultations will not be considered or reviewed.

How to use the map

1. Drag the pin or search for an address. 
2. Click 'call for sites' on the left hand side.
3. Click on number/area on the map to view more information on the site. 

Please note: Bewdley site 13 proposed used should be: 'Housing' not 'Housing and Gypsy, Traveller and Travelling Showpeople site' the map will be updated shortly to reflect this.
