Customer Service Advisor

We are looking for a committed, highly motivated Customer Service Advisor with a real passion for providing excellent customer service, putting the customer first in everything that they do.

You will need to maintain high standards often under pressure and be able to use your initiative, showing a positive and flexible approach within a team, in a diverse and challenging environment.

Homeless Support Officer

In this role you'll be supporting people who are homeless and living in our temporary accommodation, as well as those we are working with to prevent homelessness.

This includes creating pathway plans into accommodation and support, providing tenancy training for long-term stability, and building partnerships to enable early reporting, intervention, and support for households.

Contact type: Part time (25 hours per week), one year fixed term contract

Location: The hub, Green Street, Kidderminster

Salary: £31,206 - £33,819 per annum pro rata

Planning Enforcement Officer

As a Planning Enforcement Officer, you will work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders and the Development Management team, using your expertise to identify and resolve breaches in planning control. Your work will play a vital role in upholding the integrity of the planning process and maintaining public confidence in our decision-making.
