Senior Housing Project Officer
We are looking for someone to lead and support projects that help develop services, strategies, policies, and procedures within the Strategic Growth team, with a focus on housing and related services.
In this role, you will work closely with partner organisations, carry out research, and build strong working relationships with landlords to improve our services. You will need to be confident in leading and delivering projects related to housing, homelessness, and domestic abuse.
Day to day tasks include:

Working with the Housing Manager and partner organisations to deliver new housing.

Managing temporary accommodation to make sure it meets legal and quality standards, and working with property owners to help customers access private rented homes.

Using IT systems to monitor performance, manage rent accounts, and support income collection.

Leading projects and research activities, and managing a small team of officers.
