What is the purpose? What are the outcomes?

Provision of grants to facilitate works to reduce flood risk and improve flood resilience to homes.

None. All persons who are home-owners where their home is at flood risk.

Who is intended to benefit from this service/policy? How will they benefit?

Persons whose home is at flood risk and where no other mechanisms to assist have been identified and they meet the Environment Agency criteria for grant aid.

What information are you using? What does the evidence show you?

Known flood risk from flood events, mapped flood risk from the Environment Agency, and direct contact with affected residents.
