To convert a property for use as temporary accommodation.

To meet the Council homeless duties under the Homelessness Reduction Act 2017.

Homeless households by providing emergency accommodation.

Homeless data from Homelessness Case Level Information Collection (H-CLIC) which shows over 600 households approached as homeless in 2024/25.
