Apologies: Received from Councillors Jim Baker, Sue Morris, Douglas Godwin, and County Councillor Dan Morehead.

2541 Confirmation of the Minutes:

The minutes of the last meeting held on 23 February 2026 were approved and signed by the Chairman.

2542 Declaration of Interest for a) The Meeting and b) Any Changes to be notified to the Registers of Interests and Gifts and Hospitality.

There were none. The Council coopted Daisy Croot to one of the vacant seats.

2543 Public Participation:

There were none.

2544 Planning Applications:

There were no planning matters for consideration tonight.

2545 County and District Reports:

In the absence of our District and County Councillors, there were no reports.

2546 Finances:

1. Invoices amounting to £12,667.01 were approved.
2. The council noted the current Receipt and Payment sheets for 2025-2026.

2547 Date of the next meeting:

There being no other business, the meeting ended at 7.45pm. The next meeting will be held on Monday, 18 May 2026, this being the Parish Meeting followed by the AGM, which will be at the Sports Pavilion, Callow Hill, DY14 2DA at 7.00pm.
