2548 Confirmation of the Minutes:
The minutes of the last meeting held on 30 March 2026, were approved and signed by the Chairman.
2549 Declaration of Interest for a) The Meeting and b) Any Changes to be notified to the Registers of Interests and Gifts and Hospitality.
There were none.
2550 Public Participation:
There were none.
2551 Planning Applications:
No planning applications had been received for consideration tonight.
2552 County and District Reports:
County Councillor Dan Morehead stated he was still trying to complete various County Highways Issues throughout the Parish.
2553 Finances:
- Invoices amounting to £1,702.70 were approved and cheques were signed accordingly.
- The council noted the current Receipt and Payment sheets for 2026-2027.
2554 Date of the next meeting:
There being no other business, the meeting ended at 7.30pm. The next meeting will be held on Monday 18 May 2026 this being the Parish Meeting, followed by the AGM, which will be at the Sports Pavilion, Callow Hill, DY14 2DA at 7pm.
