Apologies: Councillor Ms Sue Morris, Douglas Godwin, Nick Stones and County Councillor Dan Morehead. 

2526Confirmation of the Minutes:

The minutes of the last meeting held on 24 November and 15 December 2025, as previously circulated, were approved and signed by the Chairman.

2527 Declaration of Interest for a) The Meeting and b) Any Changes to be notified to the Registers of Interests and Gifts and Hospitality.

There were none.

2528 Public Participation:

There were none.

2529 Planning Applications:

There were no planning matters for consideration tonight.

2530 County and District Reports:

In the absence of our District & County Councillors there were no reports.

2531 PKF Littlejohn annual external Audit:

Council had all received the PKF Littlejohn annual Audit report for 2024-2025 financial year. There were no questions and the report was noted.

2532 Finances:

1. The council noted we had no invoices for payment today.
2. The council noted the current Receipt and Payment sheets for 2025-2026.

253 Date of the next Meeting:

There being no other business, the meeting ended at 19.45pm. The next meeting will be held on Monday 23rd February 2026, which will be at the Sports Pavilion, Callow Hill, DY12 9DB at 7.00pm.
