Present: Councillors  Mr Jim Baker (Chairman), David Nott, Ms Sandra Woodhouse, Andrew Croot, Richard Williams. 

In attendance: Mr S Clee - Clerk, Clive Skidmore, Mr David Burns Chairman of Baton Parish Council and County Cllr Dan Morehead. It was noted the Disqualification of Councillor Isobel Hedges Ward for continuous non-attendance.

2512 Confirmation of the minutes:

The minutes of the last meeting held on 27 October 2025, as previously circulated, were approved and signed by the Chairman.

2516 County and District Reports:

County Councillor Dan Morehead gave an update on ongoing issues, He agreed to call a meeting with the District Highways Manager for Wyre Forest and the Clerk so continued flooding issues at Pound Bank can be addressed; Callow Hill Gatesways can be moved to the new 30MPH Road Signs including our VAS Signs. Also a meeting was requested to discuss parking problems and Far Forest Store.

2517 Finances:

1. The council approved payments totaling £00 for payment tonight.
2. The council noted the current Receipt and Payment sheets for 2025-2026.

2518 Date of the next Meeting:

There being no other business, the meeting ended at 8.15pm. The next meeting will be held on Monday 15 December 2025, which will be at the Sports Pavilion, Callow Hill, DY12 9DB at 7pm.
