2519 Confirmation of the Minutes:

The minutes of the last meeting held on 24 November 2025, as previously circulated, were approved and signed by the Chairman.

2520 Declaration of Interest for a) The Meeting and b) Any Changes to be notified to the Registers of Interests and Gifts & Hospitality.

There were none.

2521 Public Participation:

There were none.

2522 Planning Applications:

024 05/0599/HOU Application Reference: 25/0599/HOU Description: Ground-floor side and rear extension to provide ancillary, annexed accommodation Site Location: Rectory Cottage , Rectory Lane, Rock, DY14 9RP.

It was RESOLVED to recommend APPROVAL provided PD Rights are withdrawn, and there is a condition placed on the decision notice that no second access shall be allowed, and the annex should be secondary to the main dwelling and not sold separately to Rectory Cottage or sublet or used as a holiday let or Airbnb.

2523 County and District Reports:

County Councillor Dan Morehead gave an update on ongoing issues.

2524 Finances:

1. The council approved payments totaling £11,646.56 for payment tonight.
2. The council noted the current Receipt and Payment sheets for 2025-2026.
3. The Chairman informed members the Finance Committee met after the last meeting and it was agreed to RESOLVED to Recommend the Precept for 2026-2027 at £61,700.00 for the third consecutive year. Council RESOLVED to support this recommendation.

2525 Date of the next Meeting:

There being no other business, the meeting ended at 7.30pm. The next meeting will be held on Monday 26 January 2026, which will be at the Sports Pavilion, Callow Hill, DY12 9DB at 7pm.
