   1. Register of Interests: Councillors are reminded of the need to update their register of interests
   2. To declare any Disclosable Pecuniary Interests in items on the agenda and their nature
   3. To declare any Other Disclosable Interests in items on the agenda and their nature.

      Councillors who have declared a Disclosable Pecuniary Interest, or an Other Disclosable Interest, which falls with the terms of paragraph 12(4)(b) of the Code of Conduct and who have not been granted a Dispensation, must leave the room for the relevant items.

      Failure to register or declare a Disclosable Pecuniary Interest may result in the commission of a criminal offence.

   4. To Consider Written Requests from Councillors for the Council to Grant a Dispensation (S33 of the Localism Act 2011). Written requests to be with the clerk at least 4 clear days prior to a meeting.

      Members of the public listed on the Parish Electoral Register are invited to address the Council on any issue concerning the Parish. (limited to 15 minutes)

      The District Council Planning Officer as provided further and information regarding the following planning application and pointed out “Please find the applicant’s justification for the amended plans attached (Yellow paper), which confirms that the variation of these plans is to provide improved access and circulation space for a wheelchair user.

       The principle of a self-build dwellinghouse in this location has been established through the granting of 25/0464/FUL (Replacement of static caravan permitted under planning ref: WF.70/96 with 1No. self-build dwelling). An important consideration therefore is that any recommendation made by Rock PC to refuse this amended scheme would not prevent 25/0464/FUL from being delivered”
