Our reference number Application number Description
001 23/0949/FUL Construction of an agricultural barn at The Swathes, Buckeridge Bank, Buckeridge, Rock.
002 23/0934/FUL Retention and extension of agricultural building and associated maintenance area (part-retrospective) at Old Hall Farm, Tenbury Road, Clows Top, Rock.
003 22/0997/OUT Orchard House site, as discussed, I would be grateful if this could be discussed again at the next meeting of the PC. The original application proposed 5 dwellings whereas the proposal before us now has reduced this back to 4 in line with the historic application. This application was approved at appeal, and I have attached the appeal decision for info. The current proposal is therefore in line with the fall-back position which the applicant has to build out 4 dwellings and it would therefore be extremely difficult to defend a refusal on the current app at appeal based on this historic appeal win and fall-back position, as the amount of development and the impact of 4 dwellings on the locality, amenity of neighbours and character of the area has already been found to be acceptable.
