We have a summer of music planned in the bandstand at Riverside Meadows.

On Sunday 25 May Beatnik4 will be performing in the afternoon.

Beatnik4 are something of a Worcestershire supergroup, featuring past or present members of many of the county's most popular and successful bands. They feature guitarist Simon Othen's sometimes tender, sometimes rocking songs, embellished by John Devereux's memorable sax figures and propelled by the rhythm tsunami of Rich Gibbs and Paul S. In addition to the songs, the band has developed a batch of infectious, danceable instrumentals and reconstructed classics. Suffice to say, they're rapidly becoming a major force on the block. Catch them while you can.

Bring your picnic chairs and blankets for an enjoyable, fun afternoon in the park.
