By applying to hire our parks or open spaces you must agree to our standard terms and conditions of hire.

You must apply for permission and complete the initial application form.

Please note that all applications require authorisation through a process and by applying to hold an event does NOT mean that the event has been granted permission.

IMPORTANT: We reserve the right to cancel an event during the application process or during the event should government guidance change, risk levels change or control measures are not met.
