are currently awarded Universal Credit (UC) and are new to living in the Wyre Forest District Council area
do not have Council Tax Reduction Scheme (CTRS) in payment but your Universal Credit income and wages have reduced and you would like the CTRS discount to be reviewed
have recently applied for UC due to a change in your circumstances
