We proudly take part in the Local Government Association National Graduate Development Programme (NGDP) which is a two-year management training programme.

Depending on the route you choose, we offer successful applicants a fantastic opportunity to gain invaluable experience across the council and make a positive impact in the Wyre Forest while studying for the CMI Level 7 Certificate in Leadership and management. We also offer other management training programmes, including specialist ones in planning and finance.

The programme is open to graduates from any background, university, and degree. Most importantly, those candidates who demonstrate a real passion for developing their career in local government whilst making lives better for local people.

To be eligible for this programme you must have the right to work in the UK for the duration of the two-year programme.
