Graduate development programme
We proudly take part in the Local Government Association National Graduate Development Programme (NGDP), which is a two-year management training programme.
We offer successful applicants a fantastic opportunity to gain invaluable experience across the council and make a positive impact in Wyre Forest while studying for an CMI Level 7 Certificate in Strategic Management and Leadership
The programme is open to graduates from any background, university and degree. Most importantly, those candidates who demonstrate a real passion for developing their career in local government whilst making lives better for local people.
