Councillor Marcus Hart, Leader of Wyre Forest District Council said:
“On behalf of Wyre Forest District Council, I would like to wish all our residents a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. 2025 has been a very successful year for the council, with two of our major regeneration projects, The Old Court and the Piano Building in Kidderminster, being completed. Work also got underway on our National Heritage Lottery funded improvement project at Brinton Park, which is due to be completed next year. 2026 will also see the Urban Park in Worcester Street, Kidderminster opened. There’s lots to look forward to! I would like to thank all the staff for their hard work delivering important services on behalf of residents, businesses and visitors. My thanks also to our key partners and the volunteers we work with across the district. Wishing you all the very best for 2026.”
