Temporary Road closure notice: Wolverley Carnival

NOTICE IS GIVEN that after consultation with Worcestershire County Council and West Mercia Constabulary, Wyre Forest District Council made an Order on 16th June 2025 under Section 21 of the Town Police Clauses Act 1847 with the following effect.
On 5th July 2025 from time to time between 12:00pm and 14:00pm the following streets will be closed to all vehicular traffic, including pedal cycles, other than to vehicles participating in the event with the express consent of the organisers:

From Franche Road roundabout up to Wolverley play park and memorial hall. |
Any person committing a breach of the terms of the said Order will be guilty of an offence and liable to a fine not exceeding £1,000.
A copy of the Order and Plan may be inspected at Wyre Forest House, Kidderminster during Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9.00am and 4.30pm.
