NOTICE IS GIVEN that after consultation with Worcestershire County Council and West Mercia Constabulary, Wyre Forest District Council made an Order on 27 October 2025 under Section 21 of the Town Police Clauses Act 1847 with the
following effect.
On Saturday 29 November 2025 from time to time between 9am and 9pm the following streets will be closed to all vehicular traffic, including pedal cycles, other than to vehicles participating in the event with the express consent of the organisers:
| Roads closed | Extent of closure |

| Telford Bridge | From Beales Corner to Load Street: 4pm to 7pm |
| Severnside North | Full closure for the full duration (9am-9pm) |
| Dog Lane | From Severnside North until car park for full duration |
| Load Street | From the junction at Severnside South to Load Street/High Street junction (up to but not including rear of church) for full duration |
any person committing a breach of the terms of the said Order will be guilty of an offence and liable to a fine not exceeding £1,000.
A copy of the Order and Plan may be inspected at Wyre Forest House, Kidderminster during Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9am and 4.30pm.
