Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

The Wyre Forest District Council (Off Street Parking Places) Order 2023 (Variation No. 5)

Dated 9 January 2025

Wyre Forest District Council hereby gives notice to vary parking charges and charges for parking season tickets under section 35C of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and all other enabling powers.

The Order shall come into effect on 1 March 2025 and shall have the following effect: The fees payable at the parking places listed in Column 1 are to be varied from the amounts listed in Column 2 to those listed Column 3.

All short stay Vehicle parks (maximum stay 2 hours no return within 2 hours except Horsefair Triangle which has a maximum stay of 20 minutes).

All long stay Vehicle parks (except Weavers Wharf) (maximum stay 4 hours no return within 2 hours)

 

12 months: £200.00

Maximum 4 hours in one day (2 hours in short stay car parks)

 

If you wish to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by legislation, or that any legislative requirement has not been complied with, you may, within 6 weeks from 1 March 2025, apply to the High Court.
