Arts Development - About our Services

The Arts Development team's job is to raise awareness of local arts. All art forms are covered, including

• performing arts
• visual arts
• crafts
• media arts

Many of our projects involve working in partnership with numerous independent organisations in the area. We also:

• assist local artists with grant applications
• help to make arts more accessible by arranging arts projects throughout the district
• provide information on arts issues e.g. finding a local dance class; offering funding advice
