Where we leave the bin outside your property is the same place it will be collected. The bins are approximately 1.3m long x 1.0m wide x 1.4m high.
Our Jumbo Bins are 1100 litres in size. Please use the guidance below to make sure you’re filling it correctly.
We recommend that you keep the bin in a secure place as we cannot be held responsible if the bin is used by anyone other than yourself. To help you, we have provided a key so you can lock the bin lid shut.
On collection day, we may arrive at any time between 7am and 5pm. Please ensure the bin is left at the same place we delivered it before 7am.
Please note, our crew will inspect the bin before we empty it and if it’s found to be contaminated you will be charged.
If you have used the recycling bags provided, then present these with your household green bin on the next collection date.
