How to get help during the COVID-19 emergency

Rock Parish Council is concerned about the vulnerable in our parish who may struggle during the current emergency. The purpose of this information is to inform each residence in our parish as to where and how to find help. You should try these sources of help. If you are struggling to get that help then the parish has a fall-back contact system which you can use. The parish will then pass your details onto one of the support organisations that are being established at this time.

If you are self-isolating and need help please let one of your Parish Councillors know, we may be able to get a local group to assist with your needs be it picking up shopping, posting mail, a friendly phone call chat or urgent supplies.

If you do not have access to an email you can download this information and post the contact us form back to the parish clerk.

Worcestershire County Council has the primary responsibility for social care.  If you are in one of the vulnerable groups and need help then you should contact them.

If you need help during this difficult time and would like to be contacted by a helper or volunteer, please fill in the Here 2 Help online form on the Worcestershire County Council website.

If you do not have access to the internet or struggle in completing the form then call  01905 768053 Monday to Sunday between 8am and 8pm to request help with care, medicine and support with daily living.
