We are carrying out a survey, in partnership with Chaddesley Parish Council, about housing in Chaddesley. We want to find out how much housing local people need and what kind of housing is required.
We need Chaddesley residents and people looking to move back into the area to help with this.
By completing the survey you will be helping the council develop its housing and planning policies. If housing is needed in the area, we want to make sure we allocate the right number of homes and plan for the correct sort of housing.
The survey closes on Wednesday 26 June 2019.
We are also offering any household that completes the survey the opportunity to be entered into our prize draw with a chance of winning a £20 shopping voucher, if you would like to be entered then please complete your name and address on the form at the end of the survey.
Please note that your personal details supplied on this form will be used by Wyre Forest District Council solely for the purpose of administering the prize draw. Your personal details will be safeguarded and will not be divulged to any other individuals or organisations for any other purposes. Your details will be deleted once the prize draw process has concluded.
The information obtained from this survey will inform the Chaddesley Neighbourhood Plan. The Neighbourhood Plan will guide decisions made regarding future development in the parish and is written following research into the various aspects of the plan, which includes housing. The responses from the housing questionnaire will therefore help to establish the requirement for housing within the village for the foreseeable future.
The purpose of the questionnaire is to identify current and future housing need for people who have a local connection to the village. That is why we ask whether people live, work and/or have family in the village, how many people live within the household, the sort of accommodation you live in and whether you think you or part of your household is likely to move within the next 10 years.
This helps in determining what sort of housing, needs to be developed to fulfil the requirements of households within the village, whether that is open market, private rented, part buy part rent or social rented accommodation.
