Employment Land Review (2007)

The Employment Land Review (ELR) provides background information on the employment portfolio within the District. The Review has been undertaken following guidance set out by the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister (ODPM) and is split into three stages. Stage 1 and 3 have been produced by us whilst stage 2, due to the technical nature, was undertaken by consultants GVA Grimley. The three stages of the report are available to view below.

Retail and Commercial Leisure Study (February 2010)

We commissioned White Young Green Planning to undertake a further retail update in 2009. The report provides an assessment of the existing and likely future retail requirements for the District up until 2026, in order to reflect the time period set out by the West Midlands Regional Spatial Strategy.

Retail and Commercial Leisure Study (December 2006)

We commissioned White Young Green Planning to undertake a retail and commercial leisure study in 2006. The report provides an assessment of the existing and likely future retail and leisure patterns within the District up until 2021 and forms part of the evidence base which will support the LDF.
