Requests for an appointment should be emailed to:

Specify which date you would like to book but please note, we require at least 5 working days notice from receipt of your email to your choice of date to ensure we have adequate time to prepare the relevant documents for inspection. We allow up to 6 addresses per appointment. Under no circumstances do we add on addresses to appointments already booked.

We will reply by email confirming your appointment. Do not assume that you have an appointment until you receive a confirmation email from us.

When booking an appointment, please provide a full postal address including postcode. We do not require plans and we will NOT check any plans you do send. If you require a member of staff to check your plan against our Register you will need to submit an LLC1 Search which currently costs £25. The exception to this will be those addresses that we are unable to locate or parcels of land for which we may need to request a plan for location purposes only.

We provide an extract of the Local Land Charges Register which includes all conditional planning approvals from 1974. This will be made available on the day of your appointment between 9am and 4pm. Please note that we do not reveal planning approvals prior to 1974.

The paperwork is made available for inspection only and should not be taken away from the office.
