News release issued:
A new Menopause Empowerment Network Support Group is launching in Worcestershire this month. It is aimed at empowering and educating women through this significant life phase.
The group is free to attend. It is being hosted by Sandra Todd, an experienced professional with more than 18 years in the Health and Wellness industry. The sessions will provide a supportive and informative environment for women to share their experiences, learn about menopause, and connect with others.
The first meeting is taking place on Thursday 26 September at Simply Limitless, 26 Walter Nash Road West, Kidderminster, DY11 7QY from 6.30pm to 8pm. Following registration and a meet-and-greet, there will be an educational session and an opportunity to ask questions and network. Each monthly meeting will feature guest speakers from both holistic and medical backgrounds. The first session will address the different stages of menopause, common symptoms, hormone imbalances, and practical nutrition and lifestyle recommendations to ease the transition. Complimentary tea and coffee will be served throughout the evening.
This initiative is fully funded by Wyre Forest District Council and Worcestershire County Council.
Councillor Ian Hardiman, Wyre Forest District Council’s Cabinet Member for Housing, Health and Wellbeing said:
