Law firm latest tenants to move into Wyre Forest House

News release issued:

Painters Law LLP (previously Painters Solicitors) are the latest tenants to take up office space at Wyre Forest District Council’s Headquarters, Wyre Forest House.

The law firm, which has a second office in Stourport, will be moving to its new location later this month and hopes to continue supporting the clientele of Wyre Forest and the surrounding area. Painters Law LLP will be offering property law, wills and probate, family law and civil dispute resolution which will all be housed within the new venue.

Chanal Griffiths, Partner and Head of Property said:

“The move will ensure that the firm continues to prosper over the coming years, as well as showcasing that the firm’s traditional, core values of client care and outstanding service align with a new, more modern building that is the Wyre Forest House”.

Now more than 90 per cent of office space at Wyre Forest House is occupied. The solicitors join Wyre Forest District Council officers who are based at Wyre Forest House. The other tenants include Brinton Carpets Ltd, Severn Academies Educational Trust, Worcestershire Regulatory Services, Worcestershire County Council and HLN Ltd.  There is just one open plan office area of 1334 square feet available to rent on the first floor.

Councillor Helen Dyke, Leader of the Council said:

“We are delighted to be welcoming Painters Law LLP as new tenants at Wyre Forest House.  We are proud of the quality facilities we have and hope that they settle into their new work base.  As well as work areas the council also hires out its meeting rooms. Our financial situation and funding gap is well known. These are just a couple of the ways we are working to increase revenue and maximise the use of Wyre Forest House.”

Any enquires about renting office space at Wyre Forest House should be made to Harris Lamb 0121 213 6043.
