Supplementary planning documents for consultation

Residents and planning professionals are being invited to have their say on two supplementary planning documents.
Supplementary planning documents (SPDs) are not a legal part of the Local Plan but build on and give more detailed guidance on policies within it.
The two documents being consulted on deal with health and housing.
The housing SPD will explain when and how housing will be secured in order to deliver sustainable communities in Wyre Forest. It will reflect Government policy on housing in the National Planning Policy Framework.
The health SPD is intended to highlight any health and wellbeing needs and issues and identify how these can be addressed within certain types of development.
